If you’re looking for a new place to get your workout on in 2020, we’ve got good news for you. On January 2nd, Old City will get a brand new fitness studio, complete with group classes, personal training, and open gym. The best part? You’ll get roughly 70 workouts per week under one roof.

Paris Fit Studios will offer a variety of sweat sessions, including yoga, barre, Zumba, and even a seniors-only movement class. In addition to these staple workouts which will be held in the morning and evening, you’ll also get HIIT-based classes with fun (and punny!) names, like “Sweat Baby Sweat,” “Guns and Buns,” and “Swiss Jam,” a glow-in-the-dark core and balance class that will have Space Jam vibes (think high energy and a stability ball you’ll need to control).

The middle of the day at the 1,134-square-foot studio is carved out as open gym time, so you can exercise with TRX bands, Bosu balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, or on the elliptical, treadmill, and bike at your own pace. If you want some individual attention, you’ll also be able to get one-on-one personal training sessions so you can focus on achieving your unique fitness goals. There will also be on-site nutrition counseling to help you figure out the fuel your body needs.

Paris Fit Studios was founded by archaeologist turned personal trainer Noel Davis. After undergoing physical therapy following a car accident in 2015, Davis wanted to help others in their own fitness journeys and became a personal trainer. Since 2017, Davis has been working with clients around the region, traveling from Gladwyne to Center City and Bensalem to Fishtown. Earlier this year, she decided she needed a home base and pursued her own fitness studio. “I wanted to bring my clients together in one welcoming, inclusive space where they can feel comfortable working out,” Davis says.

To take classes at the new studio, you have a variety of options. You can drop-in for $15, or pay between $75 through $275 as a member (see full pricing options in the photo above). On January 2nd — the day of the grand opening — there will be discounted rates for all packages, plus free classes (!) and raffles for Paris Fit merch, a free month of classes, and free personal training sessions.

Paris Fit Studios will be located at 221 Vine Street, Suite B in Old City.
