This blog has seen its fair share of tips and tricks geared toward brides who want to get in tip top shape for their Big Day. And while I’m personally a tad partial to exercises of the at-home variety (let’s be real, they’re oftentimes much more convenient than driving to the gym), I can’t bypass the opportunity to fill you in on an awesome personal training package courtesy of SWEAT Fitness, especially when said package was created just for brides and grooms-to-be.

The new programs, creatively titled SWEAT for the Dress and Tighten for the Tux, for the bride and groom respectively, includes twenty four 30-minute personal training sessions to be used two months prior to the wedding. The trainer you’re paired with will customize an exercise program to fit your individual goals—whether you want to tone your arms so they look great with your strapless gown or your groom has a beer belly that needs shrinking—and consultations with a certified nutritionist will help map out an eating plan that will aid in the process.

Each package costs $949 for SWEAT members and $998 for non-members, and is available at all eight of the gym’s Philadelphia area locations.

Although, if you get five or more people to sign up for the program as well (think the bridal party, family members, etc., who also want to use your Big Day as motivation for shredding it up), yours is completely free. And we think that’s a pretty sweet deal.
