As you know, we heart our sister blog’s local tips for health and fitness, and love to share our faves with you as you strive to get dress-ready before your Big Day—and this particular lil series they’ve just started is definitely at the top of our list.
We told you about their weekly workout series, BeWOW—and now, we’re telling you about their recipe series, What to Eat This Week. Each one is a roundup that provides a recipe for each night of the week—and, it’s posted on Saturday, so you can do your shopping on the weekend. Perfect and perfect, right?
Eating right is always easiest when you make your meals at home—and preparing your meals at home is always easiest when you can plan it all out ahead of time. And for crazy-busy brides who barely have time to squeeze their wedding to-do check marks in among the rest of real life, we thought this might be a little bit of extra help where you really need it.
