Bistro 7 September Tasting Menu

Through the month of September Bistro 7 will be offering a new tasting menu. The $60 ten-course menu is full of ingredients that fit right in with early autumn and our suddenly cooler temperatures. The menu only runs Tuesdays through Fridays.

roasted apple and fennel bisque

mulled cider foam, cinnamon crème fraiche, apple chip


red and yellow beet terrine

Goot Essa Farm bleu cheese, bull’s blood greens, pickled fennel, orange-rosemary vinaigrette


goat’s milk ricotta gnocchi

cider-roasted butternut squash, spice toasted walnuts, sage-brown butter, Pecorino Romano


cornmeal fried Shooting Point oysters

warm egg custard with chives, wild boar ham, horseradish sabayon


Burgundy escargots stewed in fennel Pernod cream

mirepoix vegetables, chive oil, tiny sourdough croutons



red and yellow beet sorbets, honey-whipped chevre, strawberry vinaigrette, candied thyme


crispy Chinese five spiced duck breast

risotto with duck confit, golden beets and toasted hazelnuts, watercress greens, duck jus reduction


butter poached skate filet

cauliflower-potato puree, steamed butter lettuces, caraway buerre noisette, elephant garlic chips


coconut jasmine rice pudding,

coconut caramel, toasted coconut, vanilla whipped cream


chocolate malted pot de crème,

malted white chocolate crumbs, chocolate tulle
