Welcome to Run Week at Be Well Philly! Every day, we’ll bring you the best and the latest on info on running around Philadelphia. Stay tuned for more great running articles all week long!

Okay, yes, a “mindful triathlon” may sound like a totally made-up thing. That’s because it is. But that doesn’t mean we love the concept of a “mindful triathlon” any less, especially because it combines running, yoga, and meditation into a big bash of wonderfulness that gets in your workout and your restoration all in one.

On September 22, Wanderlust 108 is bringing their mindful triathlon back to Philadelphia. The day will start with a 5K run, followed by 75 minutes of yoga led by New York-based rockstar Faith Hunter and accompanied by DJ Taz Rashid. The third event in the “triathlon,” meditation, will be led by yogi Tracee Stanley.

But since this isn’t your average triathlon, the day will also start with coffee, followed by a pre-run guided stretch. After the three main events, participants can check out some other “bonus” activities, including acro yoga, essential oil and tarot workshops, and bodywork. Lunch, available to purchase on site or ahead of time with a ticket, will also be served.

Wanderlust 108 is scheduled for September 22 from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Navy Yard Marine Parade Grounds. Tickets range in price from $30 to $105 — the $30 ticket will get you into the yoga and meditation, while the $150 ticket gets you bonus swag, lunch, premium seating, and more. Tickets can be purchased here.
