Philadelphia’s mayor has been known to dabble in the hip-hop arts periodically throughout his political career. His second Inauguration Ball was no exception as Mayor Nutter took to the stage with the Roots backing for another rendition of “Rapper’s Delight.” Mayor Nutter’s probably outdone himself this time, though, because there isn’t much room for improvement in his supporting band.
