Man Gets Second, Same-Day DUI in Fatal Crash

A guy in Bucks County is in police custody after he was allegedly driving drunk when he struck and killed a bicyclist in a Kensington neighborhood. The driver had been arrested earlier in the day for a DUI and was released before he allegedly went out, got drunk, and committed the second crime. [Inquirer]
