Northeast Philly’s Rabid Beaver Problem Is Solved
The Scoop still doesn't recommend petting the wildlife
The Pennsylvania Game Commission has completed a study of the wildlife along Pennypack Creek in the Northeast and concludes that there (likely) won’t be further incidents involving rabid beavers. The study was in response to two beaver-on-human attacks that occurred early this month. The Scoop has been chomping at the bit to get out and enjoy the (cooler) summer weather. It’s nice to know he won’t have to worry about large rodents foaming at the mouth. [CBS21.com]
