Fork Restaurant Club Dinner
Great room, great food, great fun! On Monday, March 9th, 20 adventuresome foodies from all over the area joined Philadelphia magazine’s Ashley Primis for our first-ever Restaurant Club dinner. Fork owner Ellen Yin and new chef Terence Feury outdid themselves with a four-course prix fixe — highlight: 24-hour roast veal breast accompanied by housemade boudin blanc and boudin noir, with roast vegetables and sauerkraut — served in a candlelit private room. Our thanks to everyone who attended, and we hope to see you all again soon!
