Lobster Tasting Menu this Week at Meritage

Tonight through Friday Meritage is offering a lobster tasting menu for $39 per person. Add on a wine pairing for an additional $20. Lobster stars in the amuse bouche and first three courses, thankfully salted caramel and peanut butter take over in the fourth.

Butter Poached Lobster, Braised Short Rib, potato galette, bordelaise
