Though super beneficial, meal prepping for the week can be tough. Planning a menu, hitting the grocery store, and cooking all the food is a lot for us busy folks who just want to rest up for the week ahead on a Sunday afternoon. And yet, having all our meals ready in advance can make the week a little less stressful, as there is one less thing to worry about.

With your to-do list and appetite in mind, Reap Wellness is now offering plant-forward meal delivery services in and around Philadelphia. What started out as grab-and-go salads, Reap Wellness’s nutrition line has expanded to ready-made meals and snacks delivered straight to your door. Launched June 16th, the delivery services consist of a combination of Rise Bites (energizing breakfasts), Glow Bowls (plant-heavy salads and grain bowls), and Graze Bags (on-the-go snacks). Because Reap’s mission is to make plant-based eating not only easier, but enjoyable, all their meals are packed with flavor, nutrients, healthy fats, and fiber — all without meat, dairy, and gluten.

Their delivery services come in three different sizes, allowing you to decide which meal plan works best with your schedule and lifestyle. Here’s a breakdown of each tier:

  • Reap Light ($105 for a one-time order; $95 for a weekly subscription): Comes with 3 Rise Bites, 3 Glow Bowls, and 1 Graze Bag. The light tier is good for anyone needing a helping hand for their nutrition. You can opt to have your meals delivered on Sundays or Wednesdays, depending on which part of your week is the busiest.
  • Reap Medium ($190 for a one-time order; $180 for a weekly subscription): Comes with 6 Rise Bites, 6 Glow Bowls, and 2 Graze Bags total. With this option, you get two deliveries per week, meaning you have breakfast, lunch, and dinner covered for six days. You’ll get the first half on Sunday and the second half on Wednesday.
  • Reap Heavy ($270 for a one-time order; $260 for a weekly subscription): Comes with 6 Rise Bites, 12 Glow Bowls, and 2 Graze Bags total. This service is perfect for anyone who simply doesn’t have the time to dedicate to meal-prepping. Just like the medium option, deliveries will happen on Sunday and Wednesday.

All the food items are designed by Reap co-founders Adjua Fisher, former Be Well Philly editor and a certified health coach, and Zach Rice, a seasoned chef. The menus change from week to week, meaning you’ll never get bored with your meals. For example, the menu for June 30th includes a coconut yoga parfait, seaweed Caesar salad, a pesto primavera grain bowl, and chai-spiced chia pudding. You can find the full menu here, which is also where the weekly menu will be consistently posted.

Currently, Reap Wellness delivers to all of Center City, University City, and surrounding neighborhoods (as far north as Allegheny Avenue and as far south as the Navy Yard).
