If you’re worried about starting the year strong only to slack off a week into it, we’ve got the solution: a workout challenge. From a 30 days of barre to a six-week “Kill the Laziness” program, there are several Philly fitness providers who are here to help you make it through January without giving up on your resolutions. Barre3 is taking a more mindfulness-based approach to their January challenge, one that’s not about shaming you into feeling like you have to work out. Their $99 month-long program — which is only open to new clients or those who haven’t been to the studio in six months — includes a guided weekly plan for taking three-plus in-studio classes, Barre3 online workouts, and meditations sessions via the Headspace app that have been curated just for Barre3. The challenge starts January 7th and you can sign up here.
