I just can’t guys. I can’t with this summertime thing. Who has this many free workouts at their disposal? Who has daily free yoga classesfree barre classes, and even free pool workouts?

Oh, that’s right. We do.

And now, starting July 25, we have even more free workouts to try. The Oval — the Philly pop-up park that takes over part of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway during a month through July and August — is bringing back their Wellness Wednesdays, which means free outdoor workouts every Wednesday through August 15.

This year, The Oval is partnering with Yoga Habit, Philly Dance Day, and CKO Kickboxing for four fabulous Wednesday evenings. The schedule each week will be as follows:

July 25

5 to 6 p.m. — CKO Kickboxing Class
6 to 7 p.m. — Cardio Pop, Zumba, and Line Dancing at the Philadelphia Dance Day Pre-Party
6 to 7 p.m. — Power Yoga with Yoga Habit
7 to 8 p.m. — CKO Kickboxing Class

August 1

5 to 6 p.m. — CKO Kickboxing Class
6 to 7 p.m. — Power Yoga with Yoga Habit
7 to 8 p.m. — CKO Kickboxing Class

August 8

5 to 6 p.m. — CKO Kickboxing Class
6 to 7 p.m. — Power Yoga with Yoga Habit
7 to 8 p.m. — CKO Kickboxing Class

August 15

5 to 6 p.m. — CKO Kickboxing Class
6 to 7 p.m. — Power Yoga with Yoga Habit
7 to 8 p.m. — CKO Kickboxing Class

Sound as fun to you as it does to us? There’s no need to pre-register — just show up a few minutes early with your mat and water bottle (and towel — it’s hot out there!). After, you can refuel at the food trucks stationed at The Oval (yum).

Not enough free fitness for you? The Oval is also hosting free deejay dance parties — which will include a Hip Hop Fundamentals class — every Thursday night July 20 through August 17 at 7 p.m. Find more info here.
