Three Queens Yoga Has Tons of Free Classes This Weekend
Will you trudge through the snow for a workout you have to pay 20 bucks for this weekend? Probably not. But Three Queens Yoga at 410 Monroe Street is putting on an open house this Saturday that just might get you to strap on your snow boots and leave the house: They have a whopping seven free yoga and fitness classes on the schedule Saturday. Aaaaand there will be free Sip-N-Glo juice on deck. Yes, please!
If you aren’t into downward dogs, note that they aren’t all yoga classes: The studio is teaming up with Charge Performance and Wellness to bring you some fitness classes, too. See what the schedule looks like below.
Free Yoga Classes
9 a.m.: Basics with Alison Mungan (Perfect for beginners.)
10:30 a.m.: Dynamic Flow with Alexandra Holmes
12:30 p.m. Intermediate/Advanced Practice with Mariel Freeman
Free Fitness Classes with Charge Performance and Wellness
7:45 a.m.: Base Camp (A group circuit-training workout.)
12:30: Charge Your Run (A class to help you break down the components of your runs and help you grow as an athlete.)
2 p.m.: Club Work (A class that works in ancient training methods that will “bring out your inner warrior.” Intriguing, right?)
You can sign up for the free yoga classes ahead of time here, and the classes with Charge Performance and Wellness are first-come, first-served. After your sweat session, Sip-N-Glo will be hanging out and sampling their Radiant Glo (SO good) and Green Beast juices and selling shots — nonalcoholic, healthy shots, that is. Find out more about the open house here.
