Amazing: Beyoncé-Themed HIIT Class at New Allongée Studio Tonight



Tonight, the folks over at Allongée in Old City are hosting what might just be the best workout class ever: Bey Body Intervals. As in Queen Bey Body Intervals: An hourlong high intensity interval training class taught entirely to Beyoncé tunes. Yes, please!

The class will focus on the glutes, inner and outer thighs and arms. This is the first time the studio is offering this class, which will be taught by Robin Gillespie of Priya Hot Yoga. In the future, it’ll show up on the schedule as a pop-up class — and we’re guessing, if lots of people show up and are into it, it’ll pop-up more often. So what are you waiting for?
