Regardless of what it is that’s making you want to punch a pillow right this second — your boss, the fact that you spent $60 on scratch-off lottery tickets and didn’t win a dime, that dumb groundhog predicting six more weeks of winter — we’ve got something to help you unwind: five fitness classes that are guaranteed to get all of your frustrations out. Check them out below.

What: Boxing Fitness at Joltin’ Jabs // Cecily Tynan put it best when she said, “Nothing gets out your frustrations like punching something.” This 50-minute class, which also happens to be Tynan’s favorite non-running workout, is a medley of ab work, jump-roping, shadow boxing and, of course, punching big heavy bags. Gloves are provided, and no experience is necessary.
When: Various times daily; check the schedule.
Where: 4304 Main Street, Manayunk.
Cost: $25 to drop in.

What: The November Project // Instead of sleeping in and waking up annoyed about work/your cat peeing on a piece of perfectly good furniture every single day/your boyfriend’s insistence that Valentine’s Day is not a real holiday, roll out of bed early and pound the pavement, running hills at Lemon Hill with the November Project. You’ll be way too proud of yourself for not dying during the workout to give a second thought to any of the frustrations listed above.
When: Fridays at 6:25 a.m.
Where: Lemon Hill Mansion, Sedgley Drive and Lemon Hill Drive, Fairmount.
Cost: Free.

What: Spin at Flywheel // Loud music? Check. A seriously competitive vibe? Check. A workout that will leave you way too exhausted to feel anything but tired? Check.
When: Various times daily; check the schedule.
Where: 1521 Locust Street, Center City, and 711 West Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr.
Cost: $25 to drop in.

What: Aqua Aerobics at Fitness Works // This fun and tough water workout with swimming guru Holly Waters will leave you with a smile on your face and some seriously sore muscles to boot. Plus, there’s just something about splashing and kicking around in a pool like a three-year-old that makes frustrations fall by the wayside.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m., Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.
Where: 714 Reed Street, South Philly.
Cost: $10 to drop in.

What: Unite Workout at Unite Fitness // This 75-minute cross-training class gives you a cardio workout with running spinning or rowing; a strength training workout with weights; and zen workout, finishing off with 15 minutes of yoga. You’ll leave feeling totally beat and refreshed, all at the same time.
When: Various time daily; check the schedule.
Where: 105 South 12th Street, Midtown Village, and 3 Hovtech Boulevard, Mount Laurel.
Cost: $25 to drop in.
