Check Out Two Super-Cute Bar Trailers Now Available for Your Wedding

When it comes to your wedding, you want to wow your guests with something they haven’t seen before — like adorable bar trailers with custom cocktails, wine, beer, and even cold brew on tap. (Yes, please!) We got the skinny on two new super cute bar trailers you can rent locally. The first is a new offering from a staple Philadelphia mobile cocktail company (and Best of Philly winner!) 13th Street Cocktail Catering, and the second is an entirely new BYOB cocktail bar company, Trailer + Tap. The two are very different styles, but one of them might be perfect for your reception. Read on to find out all about ’em.

13th Street Cocktail Catering are pros who have been appearing at Philly wedding since 2013, but they’ve been expanding their offerings lately to include some très cool additions to their bar rentals. Their latest in the fleet? A gorgeous Italian moped bike bar! (They’ve got lots more options, too.) They also boast oyster bars and high-quality custom-created cocktails which are perfect for a Philly wedding.
Owner and “spirit guide” Aaron Gordon says the personal touch is everything: “We have a private tasting room/cocktail bar where our clients come and co-create their menu with us. Not only do we build out custom bars for clients, we have seven mobile trailer bars, oyster bars, coffee bars and also make all freshly juiced cocktails that rival any bar in NYC.” Yes, please. Prices start at $500 and up.

Trailer + Tap owner Alexis Clifford just launched this new BYOB teardrop camper bar trailer in 2019. “We put our heart and soul into designing it,” says Clifford. The difference between this and other mobile bars? “We do not have bar staff inside of the trailer mixing and serving up drinks, but instead, you just walk up to our bar and can be served quick and easy from our 3-tap pressure controlled system. We offer wine, beer, and cold brew all on tap from insulated and chilled kegs,” explains Clifford.

It’s worth noting that their camper bar is fairly small (4′ by 7′) so it doesn’t take up too much space at events. As for bonuses: they have market lights, greenery, and hooks to hang personalized signs from, making it customizable for birthday parties, weddings, and the like. They’re BYOB but work with distributors to get wholesale pricing on kegs. Prices start at $649, which includes 4 hours of rental time, keg delivery, bar staff, set up/take down, tap signs, and some decor.
