In your quest to get in tip-top shape for your Big Day, you may at some point find yourself atop a bike in one of the many spin classes offered throughout the city. The workout has gained somewhat of a cult following in recent years, with spin studios popping up here and there all over town.

Come fall, there will be a new addition to our local spin scene: CycleBar is opening it’s first area location in Exton. The luxury cycling studio hosts a variety of 50-minute classes (during which you’ll burn 500-700 calories), and even provides spin shoes and complimentary water and snacks.

“Before brides walk down the aisle, there is plenty of preparation for the Big Day. With energizing rides tailored to all fitness and experience levels, CycleBar will inspire, motivate and invigorate them to coast through their wedding—and power into marriage with confidence,” Allison Weller, general manager at CycleBar Exton, tells us.

The best part? CycleBar is offering Philadelphia Wedding readers a free class prior to its opening. From September 13-21, you can take your pick of a morning or evening class (44 bikes are available per class); you can email to book your ride.

The new CycleBar studio is located at the Main Street at Exton Center at 124 Woodcutter Street.
