Every so often we’re introduced to new local wedding pro who is not yet on our radar—and when it turns out they’re pretty fab, our immediate next step, of course, is to introduce them to you. That was the case with Rabbit Rabbit Crew, a team of event planners and graphic designers that’s cranking out some seriously cool events and paper goods.

Owner Nicole Hutnyk launched Rabbit Rabbit Crew—the name comes from the English superstition that if you say “rabbit rabbit” when you wake up on the first day of the month it will bring you luck—back in 2014; she had been working in the brand management and event worlds for some time, and was often collaborating with artists and designers on really creative projects. As clients and friends began asking her to plan their events or for her advice on printing techniques and paper choices, Nicole decided to make Rabbit Rabbit Crew a full-time gig.

Now, with the help of her talented team—which consists of graphic designer Meridith Ryan and calligrapher Meredith Langer—Nicole is planning, coordinating and designing gorgeous parties all over the city, and we were particularly interested to hear the range of options she offers for weddings. “Our services were curated based on the needs we were hearing from clients and brides: to offer guidance, organization and creativity on a variety of levels. Some may need a little help, and some want a lot. For us, we want to be able to offer the confidence that at either range, we can step in and get them to their final vision.”

As far as planning goes, Rabbit Rabbit Crew has both in-depth packages (they’ll help you find a venue and the vendors that’ll suit your needs best) and day-of coordination options. Then you have the print services, which include custom invitation suites, menus, programs, escort cards, seating charts, signage or any other paper goods you may need for your event.

They’re doing some really fantastic work (they’re a very artsy, detail-oriented bunch), so naturally we had to show you a few photos to give you an idea of what they can do for your Big Day. See below for a handful of Rabbit Rabbit Crew’s pretty paper products, and head over to their website for more information about their services.
