WHAT The Philadelphia Flower Show’s “Wedding Wednesday”

WHEN Wednesday, March 6, 6-8pm

WHERE 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia

WHY At this annual event at the Philadelphia Flower Show sponsored by yours truly, Philadelphia Wedding magazine, you can mingle with over 50 local wedding experts and vendors, from fashion to catering and even honeymoon planning. As you browse through the vendor booths—look out for Unveiled Philadelphia, Ciao Bella Bakery, Red Sage Spa and Salon, I Do Wedding Consulting and so many more—sip on British-inspired cocktails (to go with the “British brilliance” theme of the Flower Show) and sample hors d’oeuvres. Our very own editor Carrie Denny will even be there signing copies of her book, The Bride’s Instruction Manual: How to Survive and Possibly Even Enjoy the Biggest Day of Your Life. The event ticket includes admission to the Flower Show, along with a swag bag filled with bridal goodies.

WHEN Sunday, March 10, 12-4pm

WHERE 1 Liberty Boulevard, Malvern

WHY Check out beautiful wedding gowns from The Wedding Pavilion at Van Cleve during a fashion show (where the models will be holding Matlack Florist bouquets) that will also include the latest in groom’s fashion from  Men’s Wearhouse. Flowers by Mary Elizabeth will be supplying the arrangements lining the stage, and you can enjoy food and signature cocktails from Desmond’s in-house catering, and a showcase from Best of Both Worlds Entertainment.
