But there’s some bad news for Biden-lovers.

Coming to Temple University this spring: Joe Biden.

Temple announced via social media on Wednesday night that its “spring celebrity speaker” will be Biden. The former vice president and University of Pennsylvania prof (who is rumored to be considering a 2020 presidential run) will visit the school on April 11th.

Here’s the bad news for Biden-lovers: The event is open to students only. Students will need their IDs to get tickets and enter the event, which is free. No guests allowed.

Doors will open at 7 p.m., and the event will begin at 8 p.m.

Temple has hosted celebrity speakers over the past few years, including Trevor Noah and Common. But we get the idea that students are especially excited for Biden.
