The 15 Most Majestic Photos of Philly In All Its Eagles Glory

Philly looks pretty damn great all done up in green.

Sunday, February 4th. Super Bowl LII. A date we will never forget. Our Eagles trounced Tom Brady’s Patriots 41-33, bringing home the first Super Bowl win to Philly in the history of, well, history. While the city’s official celebratory parade is set for this Thursday (schools are already closed in anticipation), we Philadelphians flooded the streets with our own parades last night, resulting in some truly beautiful shots of our city. Below, some of our fave Instagram eye candy from the revelry.

Who do we call at City Hall to keep the building permanently glowing emerald?

Is pole climbing extremely dangerous? Yes. Did that stop Philadelphians from heading to the top for photos like this? Absolutely not.

More extremely dangerous but extremely photogenic pole climbing.

We’re not sure who set them off or where they set them off from, but fireworks were 100 percent necessary for a night this epic.

From Wentz We Came, in Foles We Trust.

Moar fireworks, plz.

(Somewhere under all that green is a trash truck, btw.)

No wonder they stopped with the grease.
