Petition Asks Phillies To Honor Bullying Victim

Over at Change.org, a petition purportedly backed by the parents of Bailey O’Neill—the 12-year-old Delco boy who died last month after a bullying incident—asks the Phillies to dedicate a game to his memory.

“I know that if enough people take a stand, Bailey’s story can help inspire people to stop bullying in their communities,” Robert O’Neill writes.”That’s why, even though he won’t be there to see it, I’m asking the Philadelphia Phillies, his favorite team, to dedicate a home game to Bailey and speak out against bullying. You can help us stop this from happening to other children.”
