Possible Sandy Looter Arrested in Philly [UPDATED]

Police arrested a man in North Philly for supposedly looting from a collapsed building in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Authorities say that the man was underneath the rubble of an abandoned building on Cumberland street trying to find items he could sell. Firemen pulled the man from the rubble and police arrested him and will charge him with disorderly conduct. [NBC News]
