Guy Robs Same Philly Bank Twice in One Week

A man has robbed the Citizens Bank in the Acme on Red Lion Road twice in the past week. Both times—once on July 18th and again on the 22nd—the man rocked a sleeveless shirt and shades as he threatened a teller with a handgun and fled on foot after stealing the cash. [6 ABC]
