Guy Pulls Crossbow in Road Rage Incident. A 45-year-old man supposedly pulled a crossbow and pointed it at another man after a road rage incident on Knorr Street in the Northeast. He was arrested and no one was hurt. [NBC Philadelphia]

Man, Toddler Shot in North Philly. A man holding a two-year-old in Strawberry Mansion was shot in the head. The little girl was shot in the arm. It appears as though they were caught in crossfire last night. [Daily News]
