Tugboat Pilot Gets One Year

The man who was piloting a tug boat when it collided with a a Duck Boat in the Delaware last summer has been sentenced to one year and one day in prison and three years of supervised release. The pilot faced involuntary manslaughter charges stemming form the accident that killed two Hungarian students. [CBS 3]
