Development proposals met with speculation
Three development proposals were detailed—and met some opposition—in an information-only meeting of the Planning Commission last night. A mixed-use project by the Race Street pier, a mixed-use building at Broad and South Streets where the building’s height could be problematic, and a 17-story building with retail and classroom space in the lower part of a tower.
