Rick Santorum is a former United States Senator from Pennsylvania and is currently a Republican candidate in the 2012 presidential race. Also, according to a fictional definition on the internet, Santorum is a byproduct of anal sex. The definition was posted in response to some remarks Santorum made on gay marriage back in 2003. Now, when his name is searched in Google or Bing, the fictional definition is the first to appear in the results.
