Uses Foursquare to rank steak joints
Philly natives are constantly debating over who makes the best cheesesteak. Some contend it’s Jim’s on South Street, the tourists love Pat’s and Geno’s, and even Dalessandro’s out in Roxborough gets plenty of love. Now, Neiman Group has utilized the social networking site Foursquare to determine which is the most popular. The new website Phillysteakout.com lists the cheesesteak places in the city with the most check-ins. No surprise to see that Pat’s and Geno’s are atop the list—though the Scoop is partial to darkhorses like Sonny’s and Chink’s. [Technically Philly]
