Rob McElhenney packed on 50 pounds for the filming of the upcoming season of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Apparently, he did so the healthy way and got a hand from Chase Utley. Chase recommended a nutritionist that cooks meals for many professional athletes—including offensive linemen—trying to pack on pounds. McElhenney took Utley’s advice and beefed up.
