“Time for a bottle” has taken on a whole new meaning for a slew of hipster moms who’ve found the latest way to bond with baby and squeeze in some grownup time at — you guessed it — their neighborhood pub. Last winter, Leigh Maida and her husband, Brendan Hartranft, who own West Philly’s microbrew bastion Local 44 and Kensington’s Memphis Taproom (and who are expectant parents themselves), debuted mommyandme happy hours, at which grownups kick back with a Kenzinger while the neonates chill in their Bugaboos. “You kind of feel isolated sometimes when you’re a stayathome mom,” says K., a Fishtown mom and happyhour regular. “It’s good to hang with adults.” She’s got company: The bars see about 20 moms between them the first Monday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m. — and regulars have begun to coalesce weekly on their own. For all those raised eyebrows out there, K. is quick to note, “No one has more
 than one drink.”
