Philly Fitness Studios Offering Online Workouts That You Can Stream at Home
Stay in touch with your favorite local studios via their social media and streaming platforms.
If you’re practicing social distancing to help slow to spread of coronavirus, that doesn’t mean you have to quit your favorite Philly fitness studios. Below, a list of gyms and instructors that are offering online workouts that you can stream from your home.
Tuck Barre and Yoga is hosting free live-streamed barre and yoga classes via their Facebook page. The classes will go live daily at 7:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. Stay up-to-date with the studio’s schedule here.
This Manayunk spin and barre studio will be hosting some free classes on Facebook live. Find them on their Facebook page here.
This spin, barre, yoga, and cardio studio in Horsham has put all memberships on hold and is instead offering recorded and live-streamed classes for members. If interested, you can become a member now — and get access to their online workouts — without your membership kicking in until the studio has reopened its doors. Learn more here.
This Queen Village yoga studio is hosting live-streamed classes on Instagram. As of now, they are asking participants to Venmo the instructors teaching each session for the class. You can see the schedule and learn more on Three Queens Yoga’s Instagram account here.
Never Give Up in Manayunk is hosting online versions of their boot camp and strength classes via Zoom. They’ll also post free workouts to Facebook and Instagram. Head to their schedule page to sign up for the Zoom classes here.
This yoga studio — with locations in Audubon and Conshohocken — has “Sol to Go,” a streaming service that features over 100 online classes. Sign up for them here.
Starting March 17th, you can live-stream barre, dance, and bounce classes from this Havertown studio. (And they’re even loaning out their mini trampolines to members to make those bounce classes possible at home.) Sign up for their classes via Pop Fit Studio’s website.

This South Philly small-group training studio offers a seven-week online program, which you can sign up for here.
City Fitness converted their entire gym model to “City Fitness Live,” which is allowing streaming of all types of workout classes with their top instructors from $10 per week.
The popular Fairmount yoga studio is offering their classes on Yoga Habit Live, available here.
Instructor Alexis Rose’s incredible dance classes are now available via streaming. The classes are $10, and you can sign up on the ARX Fitness website. Find more info here.
The owners of this Old City studio offer live-streamed yoga classes, their signature Mind Over Matter sculpt class, and barre fusion classes over Zoom. They are also offering equipment rentals while supplies last. Check them out here.
This Pilates and rebounder studio just launched a Youtube channel, where they plan to post 30-minute workouts daily. To support the studio, you can make a donation through their MindBody profile for any classes you participate in.
This treadmill, spin, and strength studio will be emailing out workouts (with instructions for bodyweight exercises and instructions for exercises with weights) along with a link to a Spotify playlist (so smart!). Jackie Dragone’s full-body burn classes typically only require a resistance band (and trust us, you’ll feel it even if you don’t own one). She will be posting live-streamed workouts to her Instagram, which you can follow here.
This Main Line indoor cycling and boxing studio is posting at-home workouts to Instagram, and you can follow them right here. You can also join their Facebook group to keep up with their latest online workouts via Zoom.
Philly fitness instructor Leroy Mapp is hosting “Power University,” a nine-week workout and nutrition program. You can learn more and enroll here.
