Welcome to Spin Week at Be Well Philly! Each day, we’ll bring you the best and the latest on info on indoor cycling around Philadelphia. Stay tuned for more great spinning articles!

We love indoor cycling, but there is one thing we miss being inside a studio: The feeling of the summer breeze on our faces. Well, good news: At a weekly outdoor spin classes are popping up at not one, but two Sweat Fitness locations every Wednesday  and Thursday now through the end of summer. Who’s in?

These weekly spin sessions will be followed by a healthy happy hour. The events have been dubbed Sweat and Shrub because Sweat has teamed up with the healthy sparkling beverage brand Quaker City Shrubs to stock the bar. Because there’s nothing like a bubbly, oh-so-refreshing grapefruit beverage after a hot and sweaty spin class, amiright?

The classes will take place on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. in front of SWEAT’s Fitler Square location (200 South 24th Street) and on Thursdays at 6 p.m. in front of the Manayunk location (4151 Main Street). You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see the bikes set up on the sidewalk.

Sweat and Shrub classes are free to all Sweat members and will run non-members just $10. Spots for both locations are limited — there will be 13 bikes at Manayunk and 15 at Fitler Square — so you’ll definitely need to sign up ahead of time if you plan on joining in the fun. Sign up for Manayunk classes here and Fitler Square classes here.

Correction: A former version of this post said the classes were occurring on Wednesdays, when they are in fact on both Wednesdays and Thursdays.
