Be Well Workout of the Week: Burn Off Halloween Candy With This 30-Minute Workout

Here, the perfect workout to help you burn off all those bite-sized Kit Kats.

This workout is an extra sweaty one because, well, Halloween candy. Because let’s be honest: We’ve all been eating the Halloween candy we “bought for the kids” for about a week already. Now, it’s time to undo some of that (oh-so tasty) damage.

This circuit combines cardio and strength for a tough workout that will challenge you to push out of your comfort zone. Put 30 minutes on the clock and make it through the following circuit as many times as you can in those 30 minutes — you’ll be surprised how quickly the time flies by.

Be Well Workout of the Week: The Halloween Candy Damage Control Workout
Instructions: Set a timer for 30 minutes and complete the circuit as many times as possible in that time

4 burpees
6 plank rows (on each side)
8 squats with overhead press
10 skiers (on each side)
12 push-ups
14 sit-ups
30-second sprint
