If your SoulCycle addiction’s been draining your bank account, we’ve got a fix: Sprinkle a few of these free weekly workouts — Philly’s fitness scene comes with many of ’em! — in between your boutique fitness classes. Bonus: You’ll get some sunshine, too! (All of these weekly free workouts are held outdoors.)

What: Interval Workout at Penn Park // It’s hard to get yourself to switch up your running routine without having a personal trainer demand you do fast-paced intervals. But thanks to West Philly Runners, you can get the motivation without the price tag of trainer. Every Monday, West Philly Runners holds a 1,000-meter interval workout in Penn Park. You can sign up for their newsletter on their website to get updated information on each week’s workouts and where to meet the group in Penn Park.
When: 5:30 p.m.
Where: Penn Park, 3000 Walnut Street, University City.

What: Art Museum Step Workout // Fairmount Running Club leads a variety of free group runs throughout the week, but on Tuesday nights, it’s all about the step workout. All-levels of runners are welcome to the 30 to 45-minute step and plyometric workout, and you don’t need to sign up ahead of time.
