Trying to get ready to confidently strut onto the beach this summer? Kimpton Hotel Monaco wants to help. Their prescription? A Sunday full of $7 exercise classes. Their Summer Sweat Sesh, an extension of their Resolution Rx events that you may remember from the past two Januarys, will offer you a slew of opportunities to, well, get your sweat on. Duh.

The event will be going down on Sunday, June 26th at Hotel Monaco (433 Chestnut Street) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Throughout the day, places like Three Queens Yoga, Charge Performance and Wellness, Joltin’ Jabs Boxing Fitness, allongée technique and Brian Duren of City Fitness will all be offering classes at only $7 a pop. On top of the classes, Rescue Spa will be giving out hand massages and mini makeup touch-ups, Snap Kitchen will be dishing out yummy snacks and Satya (the new face of the beloved Pangaea Juice) will be there with juices.

And an added bonus? The entire event benefits local nonprofit, Back On My Feet Philadelphia, which helps the homeless community through running. So you’re helping yourself while helping others. Win-win. Tickets can be purchased at here and pre-registration is required, so hop to it!
