If your idea of the perfect post-workout drink is a glass of wine, the folks at Newtown’s Crossing Vineyards and Winery are on the same page. This spring and summer, the winery is hosting a slew of fitness events, all of which end with wine. And cheese, too! Talk about dreams coming true.

The first option is their Cycle and Sip series: Riders take on a scenic 16-mile guided bicycle tour from Washington Crossing Historic Park to New Hope or Lambertville and back. Back at the winery comes the “sip” portion of the day, where riders are treated to a wine tasting paired with cheeses, meats and chocolates, along with a tour of the winery. The next Cycle and Sip is Saturday, May 14th at 9 a.m., and if you can’t make that, they’ll also be hosting Cycle and Sip on May 21st, June 11th and June 25th.

Now, for the wine-loving yogis out there, the winery is also hosting what they’re calling Wine Tasting and Yoga, and it’s exactly what it sounds like: The event kicks off with a one-hour BYO-mat Vinyasa class in the vineyards. Afterward, attendees are treated to — hold onto your seat, this one may be a shocker — a wine tasting. They can expect cheese and cured meats, too. The next class will be held on Sunday, May 22nd at 11 a.m., followed by June 5th and June 26th.

Pre-registration is required for these events, which will run you $45 per person. You can find out more and register here.
