You’re probably going to be working out sometime this weekend, so why not sweat for a good cause? This Saturday, Chalfont’s REV Indoor Cycling and Fitness will be working to fight gallbladder cancer, one workout session at a time.

The charity event, called 44 STRONG, lets you pick between four different fitness classes (boxing, cycling, barre, and a boot-camp style class) for a $44 donation. Post-sweat, there will be be food and prizes. The best part isn’t even the food, though — it’s this: All proceeds from the event go straight to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania to find a cure for GI cancer.

If you want to join in on the sweat session, you find more info and register here.
