Your make-your-own salad at Sweetgreen just got a serious upgrade: Today, the company launched a new menu at all 29 of their locations with three new seasonal salads, plus the option to add a filet of sustainably sourced roasted salmon to any one of ’em Drooling? Same.

The new items sound ah-mazing: There’s the Roasted Salmon and Radish Salad, served with arugula, kale, and a mustard-oregano vinaigrette; the Umami Grain Bowl with wild rice, quinoa, farro, roasted mushrooms, red onion, tofu, swiss chard, pea shoots, spicy sunflower seeds and a miso sesame ginger dressing (YUM.); and the Local Bleu Cheese and Bacon Salad (‘nuff said).

I’m not going to lie: If Sweetgreen’s soon-to-come Rittenhouse location were open, I would be on my way there right now.
