Divine Lorraine High School? Developer Eric Blumenfeld wants to take the Masterman School, Franklin Learning Center, Benjamin Franklin High, and Parkway Center City High and turn them into one massive school with the Divine Lorraine as the campus’s centerpiece. Port Richmond Man Allegedly Funded Terrorists. A man from Port Richmond is alleged to have provided resources and support for the Islamic Jihad Union. The IJU is a group from Uzbekistan responsible for American deaths in Afghanistan and suicide bombings in U.S. and Israeli embassies in Uzbekistan. [6 ABC]

Northeast Man Starved Father to Death. A 57-year-old man was arrested yesterday for allegedly starving his father to death. Police arrived at his home in December and found his mother extremely malnourished and his father dead in the basement. [Daily News]
