Cocktail Guide 2019: Summer on the Rocks
Whether you love camping in the woods or going to the beach, these summer cocktails will put you in a summer-vacation state of mind—even if you’re just staying in the A.C.


Whiskey Punch
1 oz. Bird Dog Blackberry Whiskey
1 oz. Bird Dog Peach Whiskey
3 oz. cranberry juice
3 oz. orange juice
Soda water, to top
Maraschino cherry and orange slice, for garnishes
Combine whiskeys, cranberry and orange juices in a shaker with ice. Shake hard. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with maraschino cherry and orange slice.


Lychee Breeze
6 cilantro leaves
Pinch sea salt
1 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
4 oz. lychee juice Lychee, for garnish
Lightly muddle cilantro and sea salt in a rocks glass. Add ice, vodka and lychee juice. Stir and garnish with lychee.


Blue Ibiza
1 1/2 oz. Lunazul Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Hpnotiq Liqueur
1 oz. crème de coconut
1 oz. pineapple juice
Orange twist and black cherry, for garnishes
Combine Lunazul Tequila, Hpnotiq and remaining ingredients in a blender with ice. Pour into a rocks glass with an orange twist and black cherry.


Puff The Magic Dragon
1 1/2 oz. Revivalist Jalapeño-Infused Gin DragonDance Expression
1/2 oz. Aperol
1 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1/4 oz. cucumber juice
Cucumber slice, for garnish
Combine gin, aperol, lime juice, simple syrup and cucumber juice in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with cucumber wheel.


Tradicional Paloma
1 oz. José Cuervo Tradicional Silver
1 oz. grapefruit juice
1 oz. soda water
1 tsp. superfine sugar
Lime
Salt, to rim glass
Run a lime wheel around the rim of the glass, then rim the edge with salt. Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, sugar and ice
in a highball glass. Stir. Top with soda water and garnish with lime wheel.


Endless Summer Lemonade
2 oz. Revivalist Botanical Gin Summertide Expression
1/2 oz. rosemary simple syrup
Meyer lemonade, to taste
Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Pour gin and rosemary syrup into a tall glass filled with ice and top off with Meyer lemonade. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.


Rye.P.A.
1 oz. Redemption Rye
1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. lime juice Prosecco, to top
Lime wedge, for garnish
Combine rye whiskey, Green Chartreuse, pineapple and lime juices in a Collins glass over ice. Top with prosecco. Garnish with lime wheel.


Summer Berries
1 1/2 oz. Deep Eddy Original Vodka
3/4 oz. Hpnotiq Liqueur
1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
1/2 oz. lemon juice
Dash Angostura bitters
Orange twist, for garnish
Combine Deep Eddy Vodka, Hpnotiq, PAMA, lemon juice and bitters in a shaker filled with crushed ice. Shake hard and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
