Our First-Ever List of the Philly Area’s Top Real Estate Producers
More than 60 agents and 47 teams had what it took to make our inaugural list.

Who are the Philadelphia-area real estate agents who really deliver for their clients?
You’ll find them on our Top Real Estate Producers 2019 list.
To find out who they were, we worked with real estate data firm DataJoe to identify real estate agents and sales teams with strong sales records in 2018 and asked those agents to fill out a survey reporting their sales volume for the year. Then, to make sure we didn’t miss anyone, we asked a panel of industry insiders to review the submissions and identify other agents whose names DataJoe may have missed.
In the end, 108 agents and sales teams made the cut. The 61 real estate agents on our list all sold at least $10 million worth of homes last year, and the 47 teams had sales volume of at least $15 million. The agents are located throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey.
This initial list is based on self-reported data from participating agents, so may not reflect the entire universe of high-volume agents in our area. But it does include most of the area’s best-known agents and sales teams.
