The price has been yo-yoing since Croce originally listed it in 2013.

The curious case of Pat Croce’s former Villanova mansion continues, as it’s now undergone a sizable price chop to $3.5 million.

Croce first listed the 3.5-acre property at 835 Mount Moro Road in 2013 for nearly $8 million. It had seen multiple price cuts, until it was finally sold for $2.2 million at an auction in October 2014. Yes, you read that final sale price correctly.

The new owners renovated Croce’s pirate-themed pad, and popped it back on the market in April for $4,349,000. After a Night Market-esque open house in June couldn’t help it move, and another price cut to a hair under $4 million, the 3.5-acre estate on the north side of Villanova is now available for roughly $500,000 cheaper.
