It’s springtime, you guys!

Well, not outside, I suppose, but in our office—and on your newsstands this Monday, December 5th—it’s flowery and warm and bright and sunny. Our new spring/summer 2017 issue is here, and we are so pumped to share it with you.

Inside, you’ll find a ton of warm-weather celebration goodness. Like:

The Most Gorgeous Flower-Covered Dresses, Like, Ever This season’s wedding dresses have floral designs dotting them from head to toe: the embroidery, the lace, the pattern, the embellishment—and we love it. So we took some of the prettiest we could find from local Philly bridal salons, and shot them in front of the most spectacular faux flower walls from Newtown Square’s Nicol Floral Design. (Seriously. Wait until you see them.) We hope you love it.

Hand-Painted Wedding Cakes Big-Day confections with hand-painted designs are everywhere we look this season, so we asked local bakers for their takes on the trend. From watercolor washes to the most intricate designs, they turned out cakes that we know you’ll want to serve at your wedding.

Barn Venues in the Philadelphia Region Our area has no shortage of beautiful, rustic spots that are especially perfect for a warm-weather celebration, so we rounded up some beauties and gathered up all the info you’ll need to decide if it’s the right spot for you and your to-be to say your I Dos.

How to Put Together the Perfect Philly Welcome Bag If you’re looking to greet your out-of-town guests with goodies that will show off your hometown, we’ve got more than a few suggestions for ya.

And there’s lots more! We hope our ideas give you ideas for putting together what will undoubtedly be one of the best days of your life. Happy planning!
