Check Out Beautiful Wedding Gowns & Try French Sweets at Janice Martin Couture This Weekend

One of Janice Martin’s couture creations.

Janice Martin is a talented dressmaker and seamstress based in Ardmore who can either design you a custom dress from scratch—sketches, muslin fittings and all—or rework your mother’s or an heirloom gown into something you can’t wait to wear down the aisle. (We talked to her a bit about that special process a few years ago.)

Well on this Sunday, May 22nd, you’ll have the opportunity to come check out Janice’s work: She’s hosting a bridal event in the afternoon from 2-5pm.

There, you’ll be able to check out her gallery of couture and custom wedding gowns and chat with Janice about what you might be thinking for your own wedding dress, all while sipping champagne and nibbling on chocolates. Wayne’s Aux Petits Delices will be there serving their French desserts (we hear their Framboisier cake will be making an appearance), along with a few other local wedding vendors, who will be there to chat about your ideas, too.

The event is complimentary, but requires an RSVP: Just register here, and look forward to a pretty little Sunday.
