Bootcamp-style workouts are an excellent addition to anybody’s fitness routine, but they’re especially effective for brides because they’re usually high-intensity and tend to be shorter—when it’s crunch time and the wedding is fast approaching, you need something that’s going to work up a sweat, fast.

Philly is home to plenty of fantastic outdoor boot camp classes that’ll get your blood pumping and muscles moving in the months and weeks leading up to your Big Day (plus, this time of year, they’re the perfect excuse to get outside in the fresh air). We suggest you carve out a little bit of time to check one of those classes out, but since we know how busy you are planning your party and all, we thought we’d pass along an at-home version, too.

This total-body workout—which combines cardio, strength training and stretching exercises—is exactly what you need to get all toned up for your walk down the aisle. And it couldn’t be easier: Just print out the pretty little lineup of exercises and get to it!
