Video: Couple Gets Married On Southwest Airlines Flight, Turning 141 Passengers Into Wedding Guests

In this day and age, there is not a person among us who can’t tell some sort of completely bizarre story from a flight they’ve been on—whether it’s weird, nightmarish or just plain funny—but I am going to go ahead and say that all of the passengers on this recent Southwest Airlines flight out of Dallas win, because this past Sunday, two passengers on their flight stood up and got married. In full wedding regalia. Sure, why not?

And get this: Because both the bride and groom travel so much for work, they actually had accumulated enough points to nab enough tickets that 30 friends and family members could be among the 141 passengers who unwittingly became wedding guests. Behold:

Not shockingly, this was Southwest’s first in-flight wedding. New trend?
