TONIGHT: Cutie Pie Comedy Club

G Philly‘s Best of the Gayborhood 2013 choice for Best Comedian, Alejandro Morales, is joining some of our other favorite local funny people for the first iteration of his Cutie Pie Comedy Club at The Venture Inn. The event is another of Morales’s attempts to bring a regular comedy gig to the Gayborhood, and we’re crossing our fingers this one sticks.

Recent G Philly memoirist R. Eric Thomas will host the evening of performances by Morales, Philly’s Phunniest finalist Dan Vetrano; standup act Joey Dougherty; host of Comedy-gasm host Rachel Fogletto; and all the way from NYC, comedian and actor Frank Liotti, who you may have seen at QFest last year in BearCity 2: The Proposal.

Things get started at 9 p.m.. There is no cover charge, but there’s a two-item minimum in The Venture Inn’s showroom.
