Police Arrest Gun Source in Death of Suburban Officer

Police have arrested the straw purchaser of the gun that was used to shoot and kill a Plymouth Township Police officer last month. Andrew Charles Thomas was driving a stolen vehicle when he crashed into another car on September 13th. Officer Bradley Fox gave chase in his cruiser and then on foot when Thomas abandoned the car. Thomas shot and killed Fox and then committed suicide near the Schuylkill River Trail at the end of Ernest Station Road. Police say that 30-year-old Michael Henry purchased nine guns for Thomas, including the one he used to shoot Officer Fox. [6 ABC]
